Dirt Devil M0886 Scorpion Quick-Flip Handheld Vacuum Cleaner Reviews By CustomersI really like the design of this product and use the detail flip tool all the time, which is a very good feature for hard to reach places. In fact, I almost exclusively use this tool, and when in place, the suction is stronger over a smaller area. I bought this about a year and a half ago, and after about 6 months of frequent use, the battery lost it's strength and it could only work for about 1-2 minutes between chargings, but I called up dirt devil, and after a 5 minute phone conversation, they agreed to send me a new one at no cost, and I have had this new one for about a year now, and it still works great. And honestly, at , it's a really good value even if you do have to replace it every few years. These things are not built to last forever - none of the brands are.

I bought this back in 04 and while it barely worked back then, it completely doesn't work today. From the first time we used it, it was awful. The suction has always been pitiful, but perhaps maybe the charger is garbage. I let it charge all night the other day, and it weakly buzzed and stopped in 3 seconds. Cheap trash. Don't buy this.
