Prior to ordering this vacuum I was a bit concerned with some of the complaints regarding the product among reviewers. Now that I have used it for about two weeks on a daily basis, I realized how misleading some of the complaints can be. For one, I was misled by the complaints that the filter is expensive and something I'd have to replace often, so I ordered a set of replacement filters. NOT! It's totally reusable and easy to clean for years down the road. The box set of replacement filters that I received will simply have to collect some dust on a shelf somewhere before it gets opened. Another reviewer has also mentioned that the filter bag gets filled very quickly. Thinking that perhaps my bag is already quite full after two weeks of vacuuming crumbs and small bits that my boys have left behind in their trails, I opened it only to find that the bag is not even half full. Perhaps some folks use this hand vacuum as a replacement for the regular, heavy-duty vacuum that has just died on them, but allow me to remind you: this is a HAND vacuum with not a large capacity by design.

Oh, and what power! in terms of its suction prowess and duration of it after a full charge. So far all of my jobs were completed before its power started to wane. This issue of power from a rechargeable battery has been my biggest concern prior to purchasing it. Let me not mislead you myself: it won't hold a bowling ball in midair, for sure. But for its intended purposes and design, it does its job in a thoroughly satisfying manner. Frankly, even if the rechargeable battery dies the day after its generous 3-year warranty period, I certainly wouldn't mind investing another for the same product every 3 years. Give me a better hand held vacuum for the money!

I have had several hand-held vacs that supposedly picked up everything. THIS ONE DOES! It is perfect for getting up stray cat litter and as a quick clean instead of lugging out the big vacuum. I find it holds the charge for a long time, enough to go around my multi-level house. Yesterday I tried it on a 1" thick tufted rug and it picked up almost all the cat hair, using the brush extended. Not true that you can't clean the filter---I took it out, got cat hair, etc. off, and then rinsed it. After it dried I put it back in. Still works perfectly. I am now purchasing a second one to keep on the lower level. For the price this is well worth it. Can't recommend it enough.

Just bought this 2 weeks ago and it works great around the house. Very handy for new kittens litter that ends up on the floor. I also like the flip crevice tool- perfect for cars and getting those hard to reach areas. Holds its full power for 7-10 minutes. I am happy with my choice.
