I bought this at Sur La Table, and used it a few times. It doesn't work well, you're better off using a brush!

Crummy Sweeper does not work at all - R. McCracken - San Francisco, CA
Package arrived, popped batteries in, the motor doesn't spin. Fiddled with contacts reversed polarity, basic troubleshooting shows I've got a bum product. Quality control?
